2020 VISION &GOALS <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do you always write down your goals and don\u2019t achieve them or make vision boards and don\u2019t use them? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Well I\u2019m here to help you make S.M.A.R.T goals <\/p>\n\n\n\n

What\u2019s your vision for 2020? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Well in 2020 we will ACCOMPLISH <\/em><\/strong>all our GOALS by using a technique called SMART goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SMART Goal is an acronym that is used to breakdown your goals in a way to ensure you succeed. Being intentional and setting clear intentions with help your focus for your 2020 VISION. <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Grab your pen and download this worksheet you are going to need it for this exercise. <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The first letter is <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Specific: making sure that you are asking yourself the 5W\u2019s and 1H (\nWhat, When, Where, Why, How) <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Is your goal important? How important is it to you? Do you\nhave to sacrifice anything for it?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ex: I want to gain 5000 subscribers\non YouTube by December 2020<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The second letter is <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Measurable: How are you going to measure your goals’ success? ( Is this a short term or long term goal)<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is the date you wanted it completed by?   Is it an\nongoing project or are you going to have an accountability partner? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ex: I am going to measure my success through YouTube analytics on December 31, 2020, to see if I reached my goal. <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The third letter is <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Attainable: Do you have what you need to accomplish this goal?  (Give yourself grace) focus on about two or\nthree goals or a certain category (family or career)<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ex: I will focus on growing my brand through YouTube\nby using my phone to record videos for my channel.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The fourth letter is <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Relevant: Will this help me in my future? Is it going to help me reach my VISION? <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ex: Yes I will it help me reach my goal to get monetized and be a full -time content creator <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The fifth letter is <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Timely: how long is it going to take 3, 6, or 9 months?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ex: I am giving myself 12 months to achieve this goal of getting 5000 subscribers. <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
