7 ways for Millennials to combat the Quarantine

The Corona virus blues… Millennials did you hear the good news?

Don’t fear the global pandemic is here. All jokes aside it’s serious stay inside and get some free content but something has happened and I need to keep my millennials informed.

Student loans pushed back…

Have you heard? Have you been keeping up with corona?

Yes. No maybe so well if you are a millennial here is the tea. You been looking for a blessing and here it is student loan interest is at 0% and pushed back to September 30th.

If that doesn’t deserve shout I don’t know what else does lol but I am going to check with the bank and loan place to make sure it applies because baby I ain’t paid nan one of them. Lol.

It’s crazy how a virus had to come and shake up the world a little bit. I know it’s a change and some people are struggling (I.e. me) but some good news like this is what I am looking for.

While we are on the topic of corona we might as well discuss somethings you can do why you are in isolation.

Focus on self care by relaxing and taking care of yourself.

First thing you can do is ;

can take a bath cause you have time light some candles, play some music or just pop in a podcast. Take time for yourself and relax.

Second thing is to;

Read that book from last year you were supposed to start but you didn’t because you were busy and overwhelmed.

Third thing is;

You have always wanted to start a business so why don’t you start with youtube university, check out some podcast in that niche or even some blogs about that topic.

Forth thing is;

Learn you and find a hobby. Whether it’s crafts , writing or reading for at least two hours just enjoy doing that hobby. Just start thinking of some things and if tv is your hobby just binge watch some shows.

5th thing is

If you are craving interaction FaceTime or google hang out a friend. It’s hard to be cooped up in a house or apartment by yourself and no where to go. Use this time to check up on old friends.

6th thing is;

Journal reflect on what you are going through. Your feelings you have and what you are looking forward to. Reflection requires time and journaling helps with healing.

7th heaven bonus tips for my millennial travelers who can’t travel watch some travel videos, learn a new language for where you may want to go and brush up on some basic knowledge of the country. Look up some recipes and bring the country to your hike through the kitchen.
