<p class="has-text-color has-vivid-red-color wp-block-paragraph"> <strong>Do you always write down your goals and don’t achieve them or make vision boards and don’t use them? </strong></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Well I’m here to help you make S.M.A.R.T goals </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong> What’s your vision for 2020? </strong></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Well in 2020 we will <strong><em>ACCOMPLISH </em></strong>all our GOALS by using a technique called SMART goals.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">SMART Goal is an acronym that is used to breakdown your goals in a way to ensure you succeed. Being intentional and setting clear intentions with help your focus for your 2020 <strong><em>VISION. </em></strong></p>

<p class="has-text-color has-vivid-purple-color wp-block-paragraph"><strong><em>Specific: making sure that you are asking yourself the 5W’s and 1H (
What, When, Where, Why, How) </em></strong></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Is your goal important? How important is it to you? Do you
have to sacrifice anything for it?</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Ex: I want to gain 5000 subscribers
on YouTube by December 2020</strong></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong><em>The second letter is </em></strong></p>



<p class="has-text-color has-vivid-purple-color wp-block-paragraph"><strong><em>Measurable: How are you going to measure your goals&#8217; success? ( Is this a short term or long term goal)</em></strong></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">What is the date you wanted it completed by?  ; ;Is it an
ongoing project or are you going to have an accountability partner? </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong><em>Ex: I am going to measure my success through YouTube analytics on December 31, 2020, to see if I reached my goal. </em></strong></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong><em>The third letter is </em></strong></p>



<p class="has-text-color has-vivid-purple-color wp-block-paragraph"><strong><em>Attainable: Do you have what you need to accomplish this goal?  ;(Give yourself grace) focus on about two or
three goals or a certain category (family or career)</em></strong></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong><em>Ex: I will focus on growing my brand through YouTube
by using my phone to record videos for my channel.</em></strong></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong><em>The fourth letter is </em></strong></p>



<p class="has-text-color has-vivid-purple-color wp-block-paragraph"><strong><em>Relevant: Will this help me in my future? Is it going to help me reach my VISION? </em></strong></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong><em>Ex: Yes I will it help me reach my goal to get monetized and be a full -time content creator </em></strong></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong><em>The fifth letter is </em></strong></p>



<p class="has-text-color has-vivid-purple-color wp-block-paragraph"><strong><em>Timely: how long is it going to take 3, 6, or 9 months?</em></strong></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong><em>Ex: I am giving myself 12 months to achieve this goal of getting 5000 subscribers. </em></strong></p>
