2020 VISION &GOALS
Do you always write down your goals and don’t achieve them or make vision boards and don’t use them?
Well I’m here to help you make S.M.A.R.T goals
What’s your vision for 2020?
Well in 2020 we will ACCOMPLISH all our GOALS by using a technique called SMART goals.
SMART Goal is an acronym that is used to breakdown your goals in a way to ensure you succeed. Being intentional and setting clear intentions with help your focus for your 2020 VISION.
Grab your pen and download this worksheet you are going to need it for this exercise.
The first letter is
Specific: making sure that you are asking yourself the 5W’s and 1H ( What, When, Where, Why, How)
Is your goal important? How important is it to you? Do you have to sacrifice anything for it?
Ex: I want to gain 5000 subscribers on YouTube by December 2020
The second letter is
Measurable: How are you going to measure your goals’ success? ( Is this a short term or long term goal)
What is the date you wanted it completed by? Is it an ongoing project or are you going to have an accountability partner?
Ex: I am going to measure my success through YouTube analytics on December 31, 2020, to see if I reached my goal.
The third letter is
Attainable: Do you have what you need to accomplish this goal? (Give yourself grace) focus on about two or three goals or a certain category (family or career)
Ex: I will focus on growing my brand through YouTube by using my phone to record videos for my channel.
The fourth letter is
Relevant: Will this help me in my future? Is it going to help me reach my VISION?
Ex: Yes I will it help me reach my goal to get monetized and be a full -time content creator
The fifth letter is
Timely: how long is it going to take 3, 6, or 9 months?
Ex: I am giving myself 12 months to achieve this goal of getting 5000 subscribers.
